1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and pinasplay ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pinasplay online gaming platform, website located at pinasplay.app, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are made available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to register and use pinasplay, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register operated by pinasplay or PAGCOR;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of pinasplay or any affiliated company or software provider;
• You have not been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform for any reason.

pinasplay reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained in violation of these eligibility requirements.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the pinasplay Platform, you must register a Player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may only hold one (1) active account on pinasplay. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created without your authorization, you must notify support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pinasplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pinasplay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach affecting your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pinasplay is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide such documentation as pinasplay may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Processing of withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification.

4. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

All transactions on the pinasplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pinasplay accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (stablecoin), and Coins.ph.

Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. pinasplay does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account investigated for potential policy violations.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. pinasplay is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits.

pinasplay does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time and reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment options as required by operational or regulatory circumstances.

5. WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified pinasplay account identity. You may not withdraw to a third-party account under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI) may take one to three banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.

pinasplay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of bonus wagering requirements. Players may be required to provide additional documentation before withdrawal approval is granted.

6. BONUSES & PROMOTIONS

pinasplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• pinasplay reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage strategies, coordinated group play, or use of prohibited software to exploit promotions, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7. GAME RULES & FAIR PLAY

All games available on the pinasplay Platform — including slots, live casino table games, bingo, arcade games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules as displayed within each game or betting interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and are binding on the Player.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on pinasplay are certified by independent testing laboratories and operate in accordance with internationally recognized fairness standards. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios with oversight from independent gaming regulators. pinasplay does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or display errors — bets affected by the malfunction shall be resolved in accordance with the relevant game's malfunction policy. Where a malfunction voids a game round, stakes shall be returned. pinasplay shall not be liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pinasplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human control;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimize proceeds of illegal activity;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing access by any third party;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward pinasplay staff or other players.

9. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

pinasplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. In accordance with our obligations under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and our own commitment to player welfare, pinasplay provides the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations and request reality check notifications during extended play sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may do so via the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the pinasplay Platform — including but not limited to the pinasplay brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pinasplay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pinasplay.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pinasplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.

pinasplay's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pinasplay's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

pinasplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pinasplay will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the pinasplay Platform, you agree to first contact pinasplay's customer support team to attempt resolution informally. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Where pinasplay operates under a PAGCOR license, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may also be available to Philippine resident players.
